Driveway Choir Messiah Sing
For obvious reasons, we’re thinking way outside the box this year when it comes to Messiah Sings. Led by conductor Michael Pfitzer, Opera On Tap, Chorus Pro Musica, and the Harvard-Radcliffe Chorus are teaming up with the Driveway Choir to sing together safely. You can join us live and sing from your car in a parking lot in Boxborough, Massachusetts (near exit 28 of Route 495).
How It Works
Singers use wireless microphones from inside their cars
We use an audio mixer to combine their voices into a choir sound
We broadcast it on a low-power FM radio station so that everyone can hear
