A family-friendly celebration of Spring awakens at the Somerville Community Growing Center!  We’ll be singing about all things new in nature in this one-of-a-kind natural setting with the one-of-a-kind talents of Boston’s classical music scene.

Spring has arrived, and the garden is buzzing. Join Opera on Tap and the Friends of the Somerville Community Growing Center for a joyful afternoon of music celebrating the season of growth and renewal. Pack a picnic and meet up with friends to learn all about pollination and what we can do at home to assist our pollinator friends!  Whether you’re more of a bumblebee, a moth, or a black digger wasp, the afternoon will include fun craft activities for all ages and a garden tour, while Opera on Tap Boston’s performers serenade us with songs on the loveliness of the natural world.  We’re all buzzing with excitement to bring you this community afternoon of fun and joy that includes even our youngest STEM and music lovers!

*Bring your butterfly or fairy wings and delight in an afternoon of arts and culture with no stuffy dress code.
